The Dutch Traditional Chinese Medicine Congress 2025 was held in Oosterbeek on 1st–2nd November. The theme of this year’s annual conference was “Building Bridges”: the Path to Integrative Medicine, which resonated deeply with us at the King’s Centre for Integrative Chinese Medicine.
The congress featured seven invited speakers: Dr Poney Chiang from Canada, Dr Mei Wang, Dr Hiske van Ravesteijn and Dr Yan Schroën from the Netherlands, and Dr Tianjun Wang, Dr Beverley de Valois and Dr Qihe Xu from the UK.
Dr Xu delivered a keynote titled Integrating Chinese Medicine: An Innovative Approach to Addressing Unmet Medical Needs, presided over a specialist workshop to introduce his thoughts on integrative Chinese medicine from a nephrologist’s point of view, and chaired another workshop to discuss research-related matters.
